Three photo journalists were beaten by the Hefajat e Islam activists during the demonstration in Chittagong.
This is the second indecent of journalists beating during the protest and demonstration organized by Hefajat e Islam in the country.  

In a report published in the daily Prothom Alo says photo journalist Sourav Das of Prothom Alo, Golam Ali Mortuza of Daily Banik Barta and S M Tamanna of Amader Somoy were beaten during the clash between the Police and the demonstrators.

They were at work during the clash and taking pictures when the demonstrators were trying to snatch a arrested person from the police. When they attempted to take photo of that incident, demonstrator were violent and burst out on them.    

Five journalists were injured in attacks by Hefajat-e Islam activists in the capital, Dhaka, Saturday afternoon.
